Privacy Policy

ApeLab is a client project management product for freelancers, currently in pre-launch. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@apelab.co.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• The date and time you submitted the form (and basic technical data such as IP address or browser type if our hosting or form provider logs it automatically)

We do not ask for a password, payment details, or other account data on this website at this stage.

We use your email only to:

• Confirm you joined the waitlist (if we send a confirmation)
• Tell you when ApeLab launches or when early access / founder pricing becomes available
• Send occasional product updates related to the waitlist (not unrelated marketing lists)

Legal basis (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies): your consent when you submit the waitlist form, and our legitimate interest in operating a pre-launch list for a product you asked to hear about.

We keep waitlist emails until ApeLab launches and for a reasonable period afterward so we can send launch / early-access messages, or until you ask us to delete your email — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove or suppress your address from active lists.

We do not sell your email. Waitlist emails are stored and confirmation messages are sent using Resend, our email provider. Hosting providers for this website may also process technical logs. Those providers process data only as needed to run the waitlist and site.

This marketing site may use essential cookies needed for the site to work. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to object to processing / withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@apelab.co.

You can remove yourself from the waitlist anytime at https://apelab.co/unsubscribe, or email hello@apelab.co.

The waitlist is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy as ApeLabgrows (for example when accounts or the full product launch). The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
