These Terms of Use apply to the ApeLab marketing website at https://apelab.co and to joining our waitlist. ApeLab is not generally available yet; these terms cover this pre-launch site only.
The website
We provide this site for information about ApeLab and to collect waitlist sign-ups. Content may change as the product develops. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.
Waitlist
By submitting your email, you ask us to store it and contact you about ApeLab launch, early access, and related product updates. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, guarantee access, or lock in pricing until we confirm that in a later offer.
Founder or early-access pricing mentioned on the site is subject to the terms we publish when invitations open.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it
- Submit someone else's email without permission
- Use automated scripts to flood the waitlist or scrape the site in an abusive way
Intellectual property
Branding, text, and design on this site belong to ApeLab or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for a competing product without permission.
No warranty / liability
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" for a pre-launch product. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
